Preparing your file

Use an unlocked US Letter PDF, up to 20 document pages and 10 MB. Review every page before approving. For postcards, use text, a PNG/JPEG photo, or print-ready front and back artwork.

Correcting an address

A draft that needs an address correction cannot be sent. Fix the missing details and prepare a new proof before approval.

Tracking and cancellation

Open your mailing in your account to see events or request cancellation. A request is not a confirmed cancellation. Postal mail cannot be recalled once the provider has advanced past its cancellation window.

Payments and refunds

Drafts do not charge your card. Confirmed cancellations return reserved balance or initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Working with an agent

Start with the API quickstart. Every send requires a reviewed draft and explicit checkout or a scoped spending grant. You can revoke grants from your account.
