What is included?
Printing, First-Class postage, a private proof, and address checking for live mail. Letters include one document page, a separate address page, and a standard envelope. Applicable tax is shown before you pay.
What changes the price of a letter?
Additional document pages cost $0.20 in black and white or $0.35 in color. A letter over six physical sheets needs a larger envelope and adds $3.49. The address sheet counts toward that limit. Double-sided printing can reduce the sheet count; it does not reduce the per-page print charge.
When do I pay?
Review your mailing and the total before paying. Creating a draft does not charge your card.
Can I cancel?
Request cancellation from your mailing history. We confirm it with the print provider; once production is too far along, the mailing cannot be recalled. Confirmed cancellations release reserved balance or initiate a refund.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Published rates are per piece, with no subscription. Larger-volume rates will be quoted individually once your format, monthly volume, and delivery requirements are known.
