1. Add your content and addresses.
Write a message, add a photo, or upload a US Letter PDF. Include a recipient and a return address. Files stay private, with temporary links for previewing.
2. Inspect the proof and price.
Review every page, both addresses, and the itemized total. Postcards have two sides; letters include a separate address page so your document stays intact.
3. Approve the mailing.
Approval starts checkout or uses an authorized account balance. Draft creation alone never prints or charges.
4. Follow its progress.
Your history keeps payment, printing, cancellation, and postal events separate. Postal scans and arrival estimates depend on the mail service; they are not a guaranteed delivery date.
